We hope your ENNOEA purchase brings a little joy to your home. Every order is prepared with care, and if something isn't right, we're here to help.

Returns

We accept return requests within 14 days of delivery.

To qualify for a return, items must be unused, in their original condition, and returned with their original packaging. Items that have been used, burned, lit, altered, or damaged after delivery are not eligible for a standard return.

To request a return, send us a message through our contact page with your order number and reason for returning. Please wait for our return instructions before sending anything back.

For returns due to a change of mind or personal preference, customers are responsible for return shipping costs. Original shipping charges are non-refundable, except where required by law.

Damaged, Defective, or Incorrect Items

We carefully package every order, but occasionally things can go wrong during shipping.

If your order arrives damaged, defective, or incorrect, please contact us as soon as possible, preferably within 48 hours of delivery, through our contact page.

Include your order number and photographs of the item and packaging, if available.

We'll review the issue and arrange an appropriate replacement, replacement component, or refund at no additional cost to you when the issue is confirmed.

Gift Sets

For standard returns, gift sets must be returned complete, including all original items and packaging. Individual components cannot be returned separately for a change of mind.

If an individual item arrives damaged or defective, please contact us so we can arrange an appropriate solution.

Refunds

Once we receive and inspect an approved return, we'll notify you of the outcome.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 5 business days of approval. Your bank or card provider may require additional time to reflect the refund.

We will do our best to cancel your order before it ships. Once an order has shipped, it cannot be cancelled, but it may qualify for a return under this policy.
